general/ooc rules
i. bullying/harassment. the staff will not tolerate any bullying or harassment of any sorts, whether it's racism, homophobia, transphobia, or anything else.
ii. spamming. please do not spam the chats. it can become annoying and it's hard to keep up with other conversations.
iii. respect. this can tie in with rule one, but respect anyone no matter their culture, ic-rank, or anything else. staff member or not, everyone deserves respect. in addition, you represent ATS wherever you are, please be polite and kind to others.
iv. thievery. do not steal or take credit for something that isn't yours. it's just plain rude and wrong. give credit where it is due. if you can't find the link to something you used, or don't remember who made it, simply saying "it's not mine" works just as well.
v. cursing. swearing is fine, as long as it is kept to a minimum. you don't need to use the f-word in every sentence.
vi. trigger warning/sensitive topics. please make sure to give the proper censors and warnings when talking about subjects that may trigger others. topics include politics, self-harm, depression, suicide, substance abuse, etc. if someone asks you to stop, you stop. this group is meant to be a safe space for others. if you'd like to continue a conversation, take it to dms.
vii. mini-modding. do not mini-mod, for stars sake. the staff are here for a reason, please let us do our jobs.
this may edited as time goes on. big updates will be announced, but it is your job to be kept up to date with our rules.
